Eligibility to Redeem Rewards:
This rewards program is only relevant to “guests, diners, app users” of Grand Restaurant Group properties. If your method of Payment has any fraud or abuse related issues, we reserve the right to prohibit you from redeeming previously accrued points (reflected in your Grand Restaurant Group App Profile). Grand Restaurant Group also reserves the right to revoke any points earned for a guest who’s account is not in good standing with any of the Grand Restaurant Group properties. Points that were earned from a payment that bounced will be removed from your point balance. If your points are forfeited for any reason, we will not reinstate these points to you.
Your membership in the Grand Restaurant Group loyalty program will be created automatically upon installing and registering within the app. To view your points and rewards account log into the Grand Restaurant Group app & click on “My Rewards” to see your points balance/history. Alternatively, you can visit any one of our locations and a team member can assist you.
Loyalty Point Redemption:
Rewards that are currently offered to guests are only redeemable through the Grand Restaurant Group app and in-store purchases. Loyalty points are not offered, generated, or redeemable through online order purchases made through any of the Grand Restaurant Group Property website online ordering or 3rd party delivery services such as DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, etc. All loyalty point rewards must be redeemed through the app or in-store only.
Loyalty Program Restrictions:
We reserve the right to approve, deny or revoke participation in the Grand Restaurant Group loyalty program for any reason whatsoever. Points are not redeemable for cash in any way.
Right to Change/Modify/Cancel:
Rewards points, as well as any disclaimers, are subject to change by management at any time. The Grand Restaurant Group loyalty program and benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to alter or waive any program feature or benefit prospectively or retroactively, including, without limitation, participation fees, point accrual or redemption criteria, or to cancel or temporarily suspend the program at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications and/or termination may reduce or eliminate your accrued points entirely.
We reserve the right to make appropriate changes to any accrued points reward with respect to user activity. For example, if you are able to redeem more points than you have appropriately accrued due to a system or technological failure or malfunction or for any reason whatsoever, you agree that we may correspondingly reduce the number of points posted to your program rewards balance to adjust for such excess redemption.
